I ran 12 miles this week. The plan was 16 but my ankle started hurting really bad yesterday during my run and it hasn't gotten better so the last 4 miles of the week (today's workout) got sidelined. I still feel accomplished because I did three 4-mile runs and that makes me pretty happy.
Just trying to make sure I take it easy enough that I can complete the half marathon with my mom in ONE week. I'm super excited.
