Did another 3 mile run/walk today. Did 1/2 mile run, 30 second walk. No pain! Calf felt a little tight in the beginning but no pain. Shins still hurt when I press on them (after the run) but it's been that way for a while so nothing new. Only took 1 advil before I ran, 1 advil after and I'm icing my ankles & shins now just in case.
Plan is 3 easy slow miles tomorrow and then 6 1/2 on Sunday (walk/run on both).
Oh and we did the 3 miles in 30 min today. Exactly a 10 min pace.
