I finally decided on a Galloway plan, or rather a mix of two plans starting now. Click month tabs on top to go between months.
Also notice on Tues-Fri there are two lines (two options) the first options are the "easy week" option and the second line (section option) is the "hard week" option. That way I can determine how I feel and alter the plan by that. The long runs are pretty set in stone though.
