Had a great run today except I forgot to stretch my IT band. My knees are pretty achey now and I'm pretty sure that's why :(. Plus I had work all today so I don't have a chance to ice... sucky.

But the run itself was great, and an important note was... no walking breaks! Now i just gotta get myself out there tomorrow and do the same thing.

Made an appointment w/ a personal trainer. First session is on Friday. I'm so excited and nervous at the same time. She's a runner so I'm hoping she'll be able to help me develop a strength training program that I can do on my own :D.
